An authentic and charming building, tastefully decorated and equipped with every comfort. This mansion is located in the heart of the pleasant city center of Hasselt. As a result, all major sights and activities are literally within walking distance. And yet you enjoy all the peace and comfort in the house. You can enjoy a good glass of wine with your family or friends in the cozy, heated and covered city alley that belongs to the house. The house is equipped for a maximum of 6 people.

*"The vinstermik" is literally a loaf of bread (mik) that was put in the open window (vinster) at the time by the warm bakers to cool down. Later, the word "vinstermik" was popularly used mainly to mean "a curious woman" who hangs out the window to see what is happening outside. Actually a "snout". Also the logo of this house, where a person comes to look behind the curtain (the logo is an own creative design). Since there is always something going on in the Walputstraat, you will undoubtedly also start blowing at the window, just like a real vinstermik.

welcome inside

When you enter this mansion you immediately feel the authenticity and cosiness. The old tiles, old beautiful floors, the original staircase, the marble fireplaces in combination with the warm color tones give this house a particularly charming appearance. In short, a real home!

Through the authentic entrance hall you have access to the living area and the stairs to the upper floors. The living area consists of a living room with sitting area with (smart) TV. Of course, a bluetooth speaker and wireless internet are not missing here. As an extension of the living room, the dining room opens onto the partially open kitchen. From the fully equipped kitchen, you have access to a cozy covered and heated alley.

The upper floors (two floors) have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, toilets, a pleasant terrace and a laundry room.

Outside

The house enjoys a cozy covered and heated alley. The alley has a bar with stools where you can enjoy aperitifs. There is also a sympathetic terrace on the second floor. Because the house is really located in the center of the city, the city is of course your "backyard". There are several parks with toys within walking distance.

There is also no shortage of parking. In the vicinity of the house there are several (paying) parking spaces both above and underground. As an extra you have the possibility to rent a private underground parking space near the house, so you can be sure that your car is safe.
