The holiday home offers space for up to 6 people and is offered in its entirety.

Included in the rental price (subject to normal use): water, electricity, heating, wifi Upon arrival, the beds are covered and bath and kitchen linen is available. The price during the Jenverfeesten and New Year is 246 euros per night.

Warranty

A minimum of 2 consecutive nights must be booked.

Pets are not allowed.

If your reservation request is confirmed, you must pay an advance of 30% of the total price for your stay, with a minimum of 125€, within 3 days after confirmation. The timely payment of the advance makes your reservation final.

The balance of the price must be paid no later than 10 days before the start date of your stay, together with the amount of the deposit, as indicated in the booking confirmation.

The deposit will be returned to you, in accordance with the rental conditions and barring damage, within 3 working days after the end date of your stay.

Parking facilities

Our holiday home 'De Vinstermik' is located in the heart of Hasselt and is therefore in a car-free zone. You can therefore not park your car directly at the house!

There are parking options in the surrounding streets, but we recommend that you park your vehicle in one of the numerous and nearby public underground car parks. We are happy to inform you about the possibilities.

We have our own private pitch in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home. If you are interested in this, be sure to inquire about prices and options.
